(More customer reviews)Yes, the same problem as the reviewer above. I have this Wall-E, and when he stopped talking after about 6 weeks, my 2 year old daughter was heartbroken and cried for ages.
Toys are not supposed to stop working this quickly. I have not tried to get a refund, but I think we are all due one. I bought it from the Disney Store, so there was no reason it shouldn't have been brand new with maximum life. I was dismayed to see they have pressed ahead with the same battery system in the talking Dug from UP, which is an even worse idea, as Dug's talking is such a major part of him.
