(More customer reviews)While this robot was generally easy for my 9-year-old to put together with some assistance from an adult, she didn't become overly frustrated with it and in the past few weeks, it has been able to withstand being played with gently, but not TOO gently. She and her brother have also enjoyed putting their two (different) robots together and mixing and matching the pieces to create different things.
Overall, it seems to be worth the price for an activity that really involves learning but doesn't make the children FEEL like it's educational.
